Complete setup, Ecoappls Bluetooth control, G1–G20 intensity, oil calibration, cleaning and troubleshooting guidance for the A-316 floor-standing commercial scent machine.

Before you start
Place the 3.6kg tower upright on a stable, level and secure surface. Keep the mist outlet clear and keep the machine away from children, pets, heat, fire and flammable materials.
Quick setup overview

Secure the base or wall bracket and keep the machine upright

Open the machine and remove the oil bottle

Reinstall the bottle, lock the machine and connect the 12V power supply

Coverage is an estimate. Ceiling height, doors, room divisions, airflow, HVAC cycles, fragrance strength and the selected working schedule can change the real result.
Bluetooth control
Connect A-316 to Ecoappls
- Search for and install the Ecoappls app on your phone.
- Enable Bluetooth and location permissions.
- Open Ecoappls and select the Bluetooth version.
- Keep the phone close to the machine and choose the detected device.
- Enter the default password 8888.
- Set working periods, scent grade, oil volume and the device name.
- Tap Save and confirm that the schedule is active.
Reset the password or settings
Long-press the machine's ON/OFF button for about three seconds. Factory settings and the default password 8888 will be restored.
Intensity reference
A-316 scent grades G1–G20
Each grade alternates a working period and a pause period. Begin with a low grade, allow the fragrance to circulate and increase gradually. Consumption values are approximate and vary by oil viscosity and daily schedule.

Oil management
Calibrate the oil level
- Run the machine normally for at least 10 days.
- Measure the remaining oil in the bottle.
- Open the device in Ecoappls and tap Calibrate.
- Enter the current oil amount and confirm.
Calibration improves the app's oil estimate. It does not replace a visual check of the bottle before long operating periods.
Maintenance
Clean the A-316 oil path
- Power off and unplug the machine.
- Remove the fragrance-oil bottle.
- Fill a clean bottle with industrial alcohol and install it securely.
- Run the machine for 5–10 minutes.
- Turn the machine off and remove the alcohol bottle.
- Let the bottle, tube and atomizing path dry completely before adding fragrance oil.
Disconnect power before cleaning, refilling, relocating or storing the machine. Never use water, carrier oil, corrosive liquid, flammable or explosive liquid, or unsafe solvents in the oil bottle.
Troubleshooting
Common A-316 problems
| Issue | What to check |

| No scent or mist | Confirm power, the active schedule, oil level, bottle installation and pump operation. |
| Weak scent | Inspect the nozzle and tube, raise the grade gradually, consider oil viscosity and recalibrate the oil level. |
| Oil leakage | Turn the machine off. Confirm it is upright and that the bottle, base and internal connections are secure. |
| App cannot find the machine | Enable Bluetooth and location, keep the phone close, reopen Ecoappls and select the Bluetooth version. |
| Mist starts and stops | Intermittent operation is normal. The work and pause cycle follows the selected scent grade. |
| Scent seems weaker over time | People can become temporarily used to a fragrance. Step away, ventilate if needed and evaluate again before increasing intensity. |

Can I add water to a JCLOUD diffuser?
Most JCLOUD waterless diffusers are designed to work without water. Follow the exact instruction in your model manual and do not dilute oils unless the manual specifically allows it.
Why does the diffuser pause between misting cycles?
Many JCLOUD scent machines use intermittent diffusion. The diffuser releases fragrance, pauses, then repeats based on the selected intensity or schedule.
How often should I clean my diffuser?
Clean it regularly, especially when changing fragrance oils or if mist output becomes weak. Check the PDF manual for the cleaning method that matches your model.
