Before you start
Place upright on a stable surface with at least 3 ft / 90 cm clearance above. Keep about 2 ft / 60 cm above the floor. Do not dilute oils with water. Power: USB Type-C, 5V/2A; rated 6.5 W; aluminum body; max oil 120 mL.
Quick setup overview

Pull up the nozzle and unscrew the oil bottle

Fill with compatible waterless diffuser oil up to 120 mL / 4.05 fl oz

Screw the bottle on tightly and reseat the nozzle with air inlet aligned

Plug in with the USB-C cable (5V/2A)

Use on-device buttons for intensity 1–5, timer, light and power

Optional: connect Scent Marketing via Bluetooth and enter password 8888

Can I add water to a JCLOUD diffuser?
Most JCLOUD waterless diffusers are designed to work without water. Follow the exact instruction in your model manual and do not dilute oils unless the manual specifically allows it.
Why does the diffuser pause between misting cycles?
Many JCLOUD scent machines use intermittent diffusion. The diffuser releases fragrance, pauses, then repeats based on the selected intensity or schedule.
How often should I clean my diffuser?
